Except in relation to the management of reservations of stays in each establishment, once registered in our databases of clients, potential clients, employees, candidates and/or subscribers, your personal data will be visible to the companies making up GRUPO BULL HOTELS for reasons of coordination of the business group and sharing of databases, and therefore, these companies will be jointly responsible for your personal data.

2. Purposes, legitimacy and conservation of the processing of the data sent through:

 

Purpose: To manage and process your reservation and, if applicable, to guarantee payment of the same and, if you accept, to send you commercial and advertising communications about the products, services, offers, discounts and promotions of GRUPO BULL HOTELS, including by electronic means.
Recipients: No transfer of data is foreseen, except between the companies of the BULL HOTELS GROUP.
Retention: During the reservation period and, if applicable, once your stay has been formalised, for the legally established periods. Commercial mailings: until you request cancellation of the same.

Purpose: Sending of promotional codes and commercial and advertising communications about the products, services, offers, discounts and promotions of GRUPO BULL HOTELS, including by electronic means.
Legitimation: The consent of the user when requesting a promotional code and legitimate interest in keeping you informed of new offers and promotions of GRUPO BULL HOTELS.
Recipients: No transfer of data is foreseen, except between the companies of the BULL HOTELS GROUP.
Retention: Until the interested party revokes consent and/or requests deregistration.

Purpose: To have your CV available to participate in selection processes, present and/or future, of the companies of the BULL HOTELS GROUP, to carry out job profiles and to verify references provided.
Legitimation: Consent of the interested party when registering for an offer and when accepting the transfer of their data to the companies of the BULL HOTELS GROUP in order to provide them with the best possible hiring conditions.
Recipients: No transfer of data is foreseen, except between the companies of the BULL HOTELS GROUP and to recruitment companies for the assessment of applications.
Retention: During the development of the personnel selection processes and, once this has been completed, for 1 year for future selection processes.

Purpose: Capture and use of customer images (photography and/or video) for publication on the website, social networks, catalogues, magazines and any other media of GRUPO BULL HOTELS.
Legitimation: Consent of the interested party.
Recipients: No data transfers are foreseen, except between the companies of the BULL HOTELS GROUP.
Retention: If you do not indicate otherwise, we will keep your images while they are published in the media described and, subsequently, as a historical record of advertising campaigns, events and/or activities.

 

Obligation to provide us with your personal data and consequences of not doing so.

The provision of personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years and/or sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
